_____________________

Open Call Timeframe:

  • Open Call: July-September

  • Applications Close: September

  • Artists Confirmed: by mid-October

  • Lineup Released: November 1st

Want to perform at the 2025 Sanford Porchfest? We are looking for talented local artists from various genres who are interested in being part of the magic. From solo to ensembles, we welcome all shapes and sizes.

As a performer, you are permitted to sell merchandise and collect tips during your set time; however, the same with anyone involved with the festival (including the organizers), everyone DONATES THEIR TIME and talent. All performers will be tagged in the stage lineup posts on social media, as well as be featured on our lineup poster and official map.

Sanford Porchfest Corporation is a volunteer-based 501c3 nonprofit that calls upon the goodwill of humanity and unites their community through the arts. 100% of the proceeds from this event are returned to the community in the form of funding for youth art programming and fine-art scholarships.  Everyone involved in this event is willing to contribute their love and energy to the future of the arts in Seminole County.

Performance Requirements:

  • Be available on February 22nd from 11:00am-6:30pm.

  • Hold the date through the open call window (July-Sept.).

  • Fill out the online form.

  • As a Porchfest goodwill ambassador, be willing to donate your set time (this is a volunteer gig - every single person involved volunteers their time for the cause).

  • Understand that performances / set times will be confirmed by/before mid-October.

  • In order to schedule 70 different set times, we consider band size, preferred time slot and set length: please note while preferred, not guaranteed.

  • The last porch set is not the best per say; do not fret if you are mid-day, as that is typically when the larger crowds are onsite.

  • Perform at a considerate volume for family-friendly audience.

  • Bring whatever gear is necessary to perform. No equipment is provided by the event. Power is provided by the Homeowner.

  • Accept all liability for your own equipment.

  • You are permitted to sell merchandise and collect tips during your set.

  • Get the word out for all of your friends to join!

As a thank you, you’ll be gifted with a token of our appreciation!
